Abigail Burbary, A student at Michigan State University, became hungry at around 10:00 p.m. on this Wednesday night and promptly grabbed a mixing bowl and a bag of chocolate chip cookie mix and began baking the night away.

Burbary grabbed the softened butter, one egg, and a large mixing bowl to begin making her cookie dough.

To make sure that the cookies could actually be baked, she pre-heated the oven to exactly 375 degrees.

Burbary began mixing her ingredients together until she arrived at the cookie dough consistency that she wanted.

Burbary popped the cookies in the oven.

Once Burbary took the cookies out of the oven, she realized the cookies were slightly over-cooked.

"At least I didn't burn them," Burbary said.

As a student at Michigan State University, Abigail Burbary is excited to bake chocolate chip cookies as a way to ease her stress and treat herself to a yummy snack on this Wednesday night.

Burbary has always loved to bake, but when she became a college student last fall, she took her baking to a more frequent level as a stress-reliever.

Burbary said that she likes to eat all kind of treats, but that her favorite treat is a Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie, which is luckily what she is going to make tonight.

"I love to bake and cookies are my specialty," Burbary said.

The real question is will Burbary's cookies be a success, or will they come out of the oven burnt?
